Hani El-Romani

Hani El-Romani was a Syrian actor and director. He was born in 1939, and studied medecine, then English literature. He moved his career to arts with the beginnings of television and film production in Syria. He appeared in numerous television series, including “Abu Kamel”, “Alqasas” (Punishment), and “Beit Geddy” (Grandfather's House). His most famous role was in the series “Asaad Alwaraq”. He also appeared in films including “Alhodud” (The Borders) and “Almatlub Ragol Wahed” (Only One Man is Wanted). He also directed the five seasons of the television series “Hamam Alqishany” (Alqishany Bathroom), to reach a filmography of 85 works. He died in 2010.
